Weddings at Sea Shell Old Orchard Beach
Seashell is an outdoor wedding venue located beside lovely Old Orchard Beach. Ceremonies can take place beside the crashing waves on the beach, surrounded by clear skies and loved ones, or under the reception tent. After the loving vows, guests can enter the tent for the reception. The tent is a perfect blank canvas for couples who want to add a personal touch. If your vows are not onsite, you can rent a trolley to take your guests back and forth.
Weddings at Seashell allow you to have the "run of the house" Outside guests are not allowed. This beautiful property is exclusively yours for your special wedding event. The property and cottages are yours for relaxing and preparation.

Daydreamer Package

This package is designed for the couple who want a day to celebrate their love on the beach
or a backyard gathering.
Complete exclusive use of the entire property from 8:00 am the Day of the Event until 10:00pm same day
• Event size 120 guests
• Full exclusive use of pool(up until 2 hours prior to start of event, closed for event)
• Multiple sitting areas, gazebos and Adirondack chairs designed for relaxing beach vibe
• Wood burning firepit
• Gas firepits
• Green space, fenced in for privacy which will accommodate a tent up to 30’x60’, a dance floor, DJ, table and chair configuration for up to 120 guests
• Get ready cottage
• 2 porta potties that will be tucked to the side not to interfere with your photos but convenient to guests
• Discrete separate space for caterer prep in easy proximity to access wedding guests
• Options for mobile bar space as well as food truck space
• Access to nearby(2 minute walk) parking for you and your wedding guests(separate fee)

This package is perfect for the couple who want a beachside wedding ceremony or a backyard gathering followed by a coastal vibe reception
Complete exclusive use of entire property from Morning of Wedding @10:00am until Day After Wedding @ 12:00 noon

• 4 Cottages consisting of 3 two bedroom cottages with combination of full sized and twin sized beds and 1 Studio full sized bed
• Sleeps up to 18 people
• Kitchenettes with full sized refrigerators
• Daily towel replacement upon request

• Welcome basket consisting of a variety of snacks upon check-in

the Day after your wedding (2 nights stay)
• Option for Rehearsal Dinner on the premises (up to 36 guests)
• Option for Rehearsal Dinner walking distance from the property and the beach
• Built-in time for pre-wedding activities on the premises and/or in town
Ultimate Seashell Experience

This package is for the couple that truly wants the time to relax with family and friends leading up to the wedding and the day after. This option gives you time to plan excursions, experiences and activities to
celebrate the union of 2 people with all your closest family and friends!
• 3 night package Full exclusive use of entire property from 10:00 am of 1st day of arrival until 4:00pm on the 4th day
(example arrival Thursday and departure Sunday)

Need more sleeping accommodations? You are in luck! Around the corner of our wedding venue we also have 3 two-bedroom/1
bath condos. Each condo can be added to your package for $300 per night per condo(2 night minimum)
Each condo can be added for extra space! Maybe you want the engaged couple on separate properties the night before the
wedding??!! Maybe you have lots of family and friends from afar and would enjoy accommodations close by
